First factory / Storage

We handle the receiving of raw materials, storage management, and mixing,
reaction, subdivision, and filling during the manufacturing process. We also handle devanning and vanning of raw materials and products, and shipping in lorries and IBC containers. |
Food additive factory
 |
We manufacture and subdivide disinfectants such as sodium hypochlorite in food additive grade. We also support packaging in small quantities such as 40g in bags and boxes. As a manufacturer of hypochlorous acid aqueous solutions, we pay close attention to sterilization and sterilization operations under thorough hygiene management. |
Alumite prototype production line

In considering the Anodizing process, we have set up trial production lines for degreasing, chemical polishing, desmutting, anodizing, and sealing. We work together with our customers to select chemicals and consider equipment. |
Wastewater treatment / Phosphoric acid recovery tank
 |
In addition to treating wastewater during normal operations, we have installed two 22m3 pits as a disaster prevention measure to prevent chemicals from leaking outside. With the goal of conserving valuable phosphorus resources, we collect used Chemical and Electrolytic polishing liquid, strive to use phosphoric acid effectively, and also contribute to environmental measures. |
